Phase 2 - GARR New Program Certification Process
This is Phase 2 of the Certification Process. If you have not completed Phase 1, which is a page titled Phase 1 - GARR New Program Certification Process and has 2 documents for you to review to make sure you understand everything it will take to become GARR Certified. This is important to make sure your program has the elements in place to be able to move forward in the process. Some programs are too early in the process and even though they want to get GARR Certified they just aren’t ready yet.
So PLEASE - If you have not completed Phase 1 - Start There First.
You will also already have made the initial certification payment. If you have not done those 2 things yet please start here: Phase 1 Application Process To Become GARR Certified
If you have already completed Phase 1 then we want to thank you for making the initial payment and we are excited to help you continue the process to certification.
Phase 2 is the application process. You will be directed to a page by clicking the button below and then downloading the documents. Please fill them out and when you have everything completed you will send them to:

Please also send your Policies & Procedures * Intake Forms * Employee Job Descriptions * CPR/First Aid & Narcan Certificates to membership@thegarrnetwork.org as well.
Make sure your are subscribed to our mailing list so you receive the newsletter and other announcements of member meetings and trainings. The trainings are mandatory for you to attend to gain CEU hours prior to certification. Once you are certified you must continue the trainings to maintain your certification. The sooner you participate in the trainings, the sooner you will acquire the necessary CEU’s for certification. You can participate in the trainings while you are in the application process.
